By Gary G. Kohls, MD – Duty to Warn*
(With attention to what has become known as “The Business Plot”, the “Plot Against FDR” or the “White House/Wall Street Putsch”)
December 4, 2018 – I was involved in pro-peace, anti-war, anti-US Imperialism efforts during the most hideous years of the Reagan/Bush administrations (from 1980 – 1992) that resulted in the deaths and sufferings of millions of innocent people in virtually every South and Central American nation you can think of.

Dr Gary G. Kohls
As I remember the many innocent – often “disappeared” – war-refugees who suffered, starved and died at the hands of my war-profiteering national leaders, I am unable to shed any tears for the guilty ones, even if they are now dead or dying, for they were war-mongers that never apologized for their misdeeds.
They were members beholden to Wall Street and War Street whose intentions made them responsible for brutal massacres, assassinations, torturing, mass killings, starvation and the impoverishment of millions of innocents that wanted to live in peace in their homeland that had been targeted for exploitation by my once-beloved homeland.

5 December 2018 (FAO)* — It is estimated that 95 percent of our food is directly or indirectly produced on our soils.
Soil is a finite resource, meaning its loss and degradation is not recoverable within a human lifespan. Soils affect the food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe, our health and the health of all organisms on the planet. Without healthy soils we wouldn’t be able to grow our food. In fact, it is estimated that 95 percent of our food is directly or indirectly produced on our soils.

“Gender inequality continues to prevail in Afghanistan with regard to women’s participation in peace processes, despite the fact that women are as affected by the conflict as men,” said Tadamichi Yamamoto, the UN’s Special Representative and head of its mission in the country (UNAMA), on 4 December 2018, during a series of nationwide meetings focused on women, peace and security.

4 December 2018 (Wall Street International) – A “With law shall our land be built up, but with lawlessness laid waste.” — (Njal’s Saga, Iceland, c 1270 AD)
The present United Nations Charter
After the unspeakable horrors of World War II, delegates from 50 Allied nations met in San Francisco California. The purpose of the conference, which took place between 25 April and 26 June, 1945, was to set up an international organization that would be able to abolish the institution of war. However, the Charter which the delegates produced was too weak to achieve this goal.

Two Big Words, “Future” and “World”; one small word, “notes”.
To think about a dialectic holon, the world, to speak it, act it. For sure it will act upon us, so let us try a word on us upon it.

Johan Galtung
The Tetralateral World. But what world are we talking about? First, one known to all: the tetralateral world divided into four parts, Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, Southeast. Also known as the First, Second, Third and–usually left out, forgotten–Fourth world.
The first three have dominated the discourse for decades and made us blind to the fourth, with very important parts: China, put in the Second as communist; Japan, put in the First as developed, even in G7.
No doubt there has been a North-South division of the world holon with North dominating, and a West-East division with West dominating. Making the world Northwest–US-Canada and EU-Western Europe–dominant.
But divisions of holons are dialectic with force/counter-force.
