TAPACHULA, MEXICO – January 11: Two children play at the Todos pos Ellos family shelter in Tapachula, Mexico on January 11, 2016. When Todos pos Ellos began most of the children were from Guatemala but as violence spread across Central America that has changed. Most of the children are now from El Salvador and Honduras.
