29 May 201 – TRANSCEND Media Service – A lot is happening. As in “Trump’s First Hundred Days of War Crimes” (CouterPunch 19 May 2017), breaking international law as if it did not exist, killing in Yemen-Pakistan-Somalia with drones-bombing-assaults in spite of neither being involved in armed conflict nor attacked by any one of them.  Hence, no right to self-defense.  Pure aggression.

Or Trump’s speech to Muslim leaders in Riyadh (Robert Fisk, The Independent 21 May 2017), Sunni (good)-Shia (evil), blaming Iran for terrorism–oblivious of the Islamic State being mainly Sunni and Iraq, presumably USA-protected, mainly Shia.  Babble from the Trump bubble.

The Saudis relish. Two rotten states–one killing its own people, one killing all over; one rich, one poor–made deals. 

The rich one bought what the poor one has in excess, “beautiful” (Trump) arms, and invested in the poor’s infrastructure; the poor one being up for sale.

The United Nations Middle East envoy on 26 May 2017 cautioned that unless urgent measures are taken to de-escalate the crisis now spiralling out of control in the Gaza Strip, there will be devastating consequences for Palestinians and Israelis alike.

“In Gaza, we are walking into another crisis with our eyes wide open,” the UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Nickolay Mladenov, told the Security Council in New York.

Alert Over Lethal Virus Affecting Popular Tilapia Fish

ROME, May 29 2017 (IPS) – A highly contagious disease is spreading among farmed and wild tilapia, one of the world’s most important fish for human consumption, the United Nations warns, adding that though not a human health risk, Tilapia Lake Virus has large potential impact on global food security and nutrition.
